Chereponi is the capital of Chereponi District in the North East Region of the Ghanaian Northern Plains. It sits on the Ghana-Togo border in the far northeast corner of the country, serving as a remote border market town for Chokosi (Anufo), Konkomba, and Togolese traders. Wikivoyage
